Past Ltd is a Staffordshire based Portable Appliance Testing business who carry out testing in the following local areas. Birmingham, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby, Burton-on-Trent, Liecester, Loughborough, Rugby and offer a nationwide service as reuired.
 We pride ourselves on customer service and will go that extra mile for our clients, we work with our clients to provide a service that they want and delivered when they want at the right cost. All of our test engineers are fully trained to City & Guilds 2377-1/2 and have had the benefit of training with Seaward Electronics who supply our testing equipment. We use the latest Seaward Primetest 300 PAT testers.
  
We are members of the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce (SSCCI), NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers) and have gained ISO9000-2001. We offer the Government Trust Mark guarantee.
  
 Over the years local authority health and safety and procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have developed the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS). The scheme is available for use by any public and private sector organizations to use when shortlisting contractors, suppliers and consultants (companies) who apply to work for them. It provides information about the health and safety part of their application.

Companies apply to join the scheme so everyone knows they meet acceptable standards of health and safety compliance. Clients from both the public and private sectors are users of the scheme and our database.

The company has become ISO 9001 compliant in June 2007. We strive to offer the best service that our clients exspect from a PAT testing company. We offer a service that is bespoke to our clients and now includes barcoded labels as standard from August 2007. 
  
 
 
 The concept of a single national database was proposed by the 1994 Latham Report. Since then Constructionline has grown and been updated in line with the needs of modern procurement. The OGC Common Minimum Standards and The Local Government Task Force also recommend using Constructionline as part of the pre-qualification and tendering process.
  
The company was nominated as one of the top business`s in the UK in the Barclays Trading Places awards in 2007.
  
The Managing Director Alan Moore was named in the finals of the Natwest Startups awards 2007, with the finals held in London.
